Eric is also a member of EDM Ventures, specializing in laundromat acquisitions, and the former owner of Rosa Carver Construction, a South Carolina-based renovation company. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a history of building successful businesses, Eric finds joy in playing golf and basketball with friends, as well as spending time with his wife.
